Return Policy

All items from Dipped in Honey XO™ are considered final sale once shipped. Each piece is carefully inspected before leaving our fulfillment location to ensure quality and presentation.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. In that case, please email support@dippedinhoneyxo.com within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.

Because our products are made and packaged with care — and in many cases involve headwear or items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons — we do not process returns for change of mind, fit, or personal preference.
