By consenting to Dipped in Honey XO™’s SMS/text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages at the mobile number you provide, even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry. These messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system and may include promotions, special offers, drop alerts, and updates related to Dipped in Honey XO™.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dipped in Honey XO™ will not be liable for any delayed, failed, or misdirected delivery of information sent through the Service, nor for any actions taken in reliance on that information.
