At Dipped in Honey XO™, each piece is designed with intention and crafted for quality. Because hygiene and presentation matter, all hat purchases are considered final sale once shipped unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and visuals carefully before completing checkout.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact support@dippedinhoneyxo.com within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can assist promptly. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund to ensure your experience meets our standards.
All hats and headwear are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Gift cards and promotional or final sale items are also not eligible for return or exchange. We currently do not process direct exchanges. If your order qualifies for a refund due to a verified issue, you will receive either a refund or store credit so you can reorder at your convenience.
